Refund & Returns Policy

At MAYILPEELI , We take great care in delivering products of the highest quality . Every product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition . However , in the rare event that you recieve a damaged or defective product , please read our Refund & Return policy below.
1. Eligibilty for Returns & Replacements
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
– Product received is damaged during transit.
– Product has a manufacturing defect.
The following are not eligible for return or replacement:
– Change of mind.
– Personal preference.
– Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen settings.
– Custom-made or personalised products
2. Replacement & Refund Policy
– If your product is damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.
– If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
– Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible.
3. Proof Required
To raise a claim, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video that:
– Starts before opening the sealed package.
– Clearly shows the package from all sides before opening.
– Clearly captures the entire unboxing process.
– Clearly shows the damaged or defective product.
Claims without a valid and complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
4. Return Process
– We currently do not offer a pickup service.
– Customers are required to send the product back to us at their own expense.
– The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, certificates, tags, invoices, and any other items received with the order.
– Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your claim has been approved or rejected.
5. Timelines
– Any damage or manufacturing defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
– Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
– Once the return request is approved, the replacement or refund process will be completed within 2–3 working days.
6.Shipping Charges
– The cost of returning the damaged product to us must be borne by the customer.
– We will bear the shipping cost of sending the replacement product to you.
7. Contact for Claims
For any refund or replacement requests, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order details, unboxing video, and clear photographs of the product.
8. Important Note
– Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
– All decisions regarding refunds, replacements, and claims will be made by Mayilpeeli after reviewing the submitted proof. The decision of Mayilpeeli shall be final.
